The horses at HerdWise will help you recognize patterns of behavior and thought so that you can determine their effectiveness. You can then practice alternative solutions and learn new skills in an accepting atmosphere. Status, wealth, achievements or accolades don’t matter to a horse. They respond to what’s inside a person—what’s real. We won’t try to tell you what’s best. We allow you to experience it so that it becomes real for you. Life’s best lessons are the ones you discover yourself.

All activities are conducted on the ground, not on horseback. There is no riding or horse experience required.

Herdwise offers ongoing hourly individual or group professional development and personal growth sessions.

Retreats are a great way to spend time with friends and colleagues and connect with yourself and each other at a deeper level.

One or Two-Day Workshops are also available.

We are located just west of Fort Worth near Aledo and Weatherford. We have several locations in our area in which to conduct your workshop or we can bring our horses to an arena near you. Contact us for details.
