Hey there. This is Kathy Taylor with HerdWise.
I bet, especially this time of year, you’ve got an old sweater or sweatshirt in your dresser drawer that you keep just because it’s comfortable. You don’t wear it anywhere else except around the house but you keep it because it’s comfy and cozy and you’ve had it since college.
Well, our thoughts are a lot like that.
We get comfortable with the negative ones–the ones we really shouldn’t take out in public. But we do.
So how about this month, let’s start out by clearing out that old sweater drawer and clearing out those old thoughts.
Put some new thoughts in your head and grow forward in December.
Getting out of your comfort zone, trying on new thoughts keeps the brain active and engaged.
What thoughts have you grown too accustomed to having?
Which ones need to be replaced?
What better time than now?
Don’t wait any longer to change your mind–it’s how you change the world.
